The Fodder & Seed Supply project reflects PrimeCore's commitment to supporting rural livelihoods through reliable logistics and supply chain management. Our team managed the project from initial planning and sourcing through distribution and final handover, coordinating materials, transport, and site logistics to ensure a timely and well-organised delivery.

Working in Baidoa, Bay, PrimeCore focused on getting quality fodder and seed to farming and pastoralist communities working to rebuild after periods of drought and hardship. Through careful coordination and a consistent commitment to quality, the completed supply programme helped strengthen local food security and agricultural recovery.
