The Fish Market & Processing Shed project reflects PrimeCore's commitment to delivering functional community infrastructure that supports local livelihoods and economic activity. Our team managed the project from initial site assessment and structural design through steel erection, blockwork, and final handover, coordinating materials, labour, and site logistics to deliver a large-span structure built to withstand coastal conditions.

Working in Garacad, a coastal community in Mudug, PrimeCore constructed a wide-span steel-frame shed providing sheltered, open-sided space for fish landing and processing activity — a facility that fishermen and traders in the area can rely on for shade and organised working space. Through careful project coordination and a consistent commitment to quality, the completed structure now stands as a durable piece of community infrastructure supporting the local fishing economy.
